General Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, with all tags and in its original packaging . Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Specific conditions and exceptions

• Packaged Products and Handling Fees: Some packaged products may be returned, but a handling fee may apply. This fee covers the cost of restocking and repackaging. It is not charged in cases of manufacturing defects, items damaged during shipping, or our error.
• Custom Moldings and Products: Custom moldings and other custom-made or personalized products are generally not returnable . This is due to their unique nature and limited resale value. The exception applies only in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding the product specifications. We encourage you to carefully review all specifications when ordering, as you have control over their details throughout the process.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by phone or email. We will provide you with detailed instructions. Please be sure to carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Products damaged during return due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility if the return is due to a change of mind or an error on your part (e.g. wrong size/color).
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once the returned item is received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days . We can also offer an exchange or store credit, depending on your preference.
